Education and work experience:

  • Higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 5 years of work experience in managerial positions as per speciality.

Main functions:

  • Ensure Tax Department’s activity complies with applicable tax legislation, Final Production Sharing Agreement (FPSA), KPO Tax Policy and other related documents. Ensure tax compliance is managed accurately, efficiently and is performed in line with accepted interpretations of the applicable tax regime. This requires interaction both internally within the Tax Department, the Finance and Legal Directorates and as necessary externally with the Parent Companies to ensure that compliance objectives are properly defined and implemented and that where interpretation is necessary such interpretations are agreed and properly documented.
  • Oversee all activities of Tax Department.
  • Develop and support of the Department personnel.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

  • Mastery English is an advantage on this role;
  • Legislative and regulatory acts in taxation and accounting;
  • Legislative and regulatory acts in International taxation;
  • Resolutions, directions, orders and other senior, methodical and regulatory materials of authorities by organization of issues of taxation
  • Company structure, its strategy and development perspectives;
  • Labor, Civil legislation, legislation of Administrative violations fundamentals.
