Education and work experience:

Higher education in the relevant speciality, secondary professional education in the relevant speciality and not less than 2 years of work experience as IT Support Specialist.

Main functions:

  • Act as part of the Support team to deliver second line support to users after First Line Support being the KPO Service Desk. Provides floor walking function within KPO offices – directly supporting users and asking their feedbacks on the service provided.
  • Handle all IT equipment installation and support (software and hardware). Install and support all KPO workstations and mobile devices in addition to all auxiliary devices including Network printers and Network scanner and Multi-Function Devices
  • Meetings setup and support including Video Conferencing equipment and audio/visual devices including Projectors and smart boards. Install software as per user request and deliver remote workstation administration where required. Within the team, deliver KPO Hardware Replacement activities across all KPO and in accordance with KPO hardware replacement cycle.

  • the order of tasks and their algorithmization;
  • bases engineering of information processing and programming;
  • the formalized programming languages;
  • acting system of calculations, ciphers and codes;
  • standards of unitize of organizational – administrative documentations;
  • the order of development and registration engineering documentation;
  • elementary of economics, management of production, labour and administration;
  • bases of the labour legislation, rules and norms of labour safety.
