Education and work experience:
Higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 2 years of work experience as Utility Networks Engineer.
Main functions:
- Ensure effective operation, maintenance of utility networks and/or components in compliance with safety requirements, reliability, economic feasibility and quality assurance.
- Completed projects handover from Contractors and facilities start-up.
Necessary knowledge and skills:
- Decrees, resolutions, orders, methodical and statutory materials on electrical equipment operation;
- Engineering networks design;
- Technical characteristics, constructive peculiar properties, application, operating modes and mechanical equipment operation rules;
- Repair work organization and technology;
- Construction codes and rules;
- Standards, technical specifications and other guidelines developed and completion of engineering design and other supporting documentation;
- Standardization fundamentals;
- Engineering domestic and international standards and rules;
- Labor protection standards and rules;
- Organization, planning and economics of designing and engineering survey.
