Education and work experience:
Higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 2 years of work experience as Lawyer
Main functions:
- Ensure the legitimacy observance of the Company’s activity, and protect Company’s legal interests;
- Rendering legal support to the KPO Departments advising on legislation administration, representation and protection of the Company interests at WKO state authorities.
Necessary knowledge and skills:
- Civil, civil-procedural, entrepreneurial, labour, finance, administrative, environmental, criminal, criminal-procedural laws;
- Legislative acts regulating business and financial activities in organizations;
- Normative-legal documents, methodical and normative data concerning the legal activities of organizations;
- Procedure of conclusion and registering of business, employment agreements, collective agreements;
- Negotiation skills, fluent written and oral communication skills, analytical mentality;
- Computer skills, e-mail skills, data bases skills.
