Education and work experience:

Higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 5 years of work experience in managerial positions as per speciality.

Main functions:

  • Management and coordination of KPO social projects implementation in accordance within approved work plan, budget and ensuring high quality and safety work.
  • Establishing and maintaining regular contacts with representatives of local governments, departments, communities and users of social projects in West Kazakhstan Oblast and Burlin District on timely execution of the KPO social projects.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

  • legislative and standard legal acts, methodical materials regarding construction development issues;
  • basis of labour legislation;
  • targets, strategy and manpower policy of the company;
  • profile, specialization and company structure peculiarity;
  • project planning basis;
  • methods of social researches performance and public opinion analysis;
  • company social development and corporate responsibility programme order, methods and plans;
  • company project development management organization;
  • engineering and Construction Project requirements and norms;
  • methods of construction programmes performance analysis determining their effectiveness;
  • progressive domestic and foreign experience of construction process management;
  • basis of economics, industrial engineering, labour and management;
  • computer and communication facilities;
  • labour safety norms and rules.
