Education and work experience:
Higher education (University degree or higher) in Oil&gas industry, preferable in Well Operations. Past work experience in well operation and/or engineering is appreciated.
Main functions:
- Well Operations planning and reporting;
- Well Operations schedules and plans development;
- Introduce and maintain Well Operations working environment that is aimed at continuous improvement regarding its overall performance and aspects that are critical to the success of the KPO including, but not limited to quality, health, safety and protection of the environment.
Necessary knowledge and skills:
- Regulatory documentation on planning, track keeping and analysis of activity of the company;
- Planning procedures and documentation;
- Methods of economic analysis of performance factors in the Department;
- Well operations processes;
- Breadth and depth of project implementation, including the pre sanction phases, needed to enable quality control of the project work, ensuring appropriate techniques, standards and controls are applied and opportunities for technical and business improvements are realized;
- Project management techniques and plans and controls required to effectively implement in a multi-discipline team environment;
- Labour legislation, regulations and standards.
