Education and work experience:
Higher education (University degree or higher) in Translation Studies or as per speciality without any work experience requirements or secondary professional education in the relevant speciality and not less than 3 years of work experience as per speciality.
Main functions:
Ensure good quality and timely delivery of verbal translation support and written translation of technical and other documents of the company into/from the Kazakh, Russian and English languages.
Necessary knowledge and skills:
- Kazakh, Russian and English languages;
- Technical and non-technical verbal and written translation methods;
- Consequative translation techniques;
- Discipline related terminology;
- Lexical norms, grammar and stylistic standards of the three languages;
- labor organization basic requirements;
- Labor legislation;
- Health and Safety standards and regulations.
- Computer literacy skills: advanced user of Microsoft and other key software;
- Use of dictionaries, specific regulations and references;
- Interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
