Education and work experience:

Higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 2 years of work experience as HSE Reporting Specialist.

Main functions:

  • Ensure all official internal and external reporting is done properly and in timely manner.
  • Assist in the development of HSE performance presentations for use within and out of the PED.
  • Collect, verify, calculate and maintain exposure values data (Man-Hours, Kilometres driven) and other key HSE statistical data for overall PED and Contractors.
  • Perform contracts data verification (running SAP reports on valid contracts, work with contract administrators, keep updated contractors’ database and contacts to ensure all statistical data is collected).
  • Prepare management reports/ presentations to enable PED management to make informed decisions on the basis of available data.
  • Maintain and update KPIs for Level 0/1 and PED HSE Department.
  • Oversee PED HSE Card and Life Saver Programmes and suggest improvements.
  • Track PED HSE audits’ results in data base and reporting on them.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

  • mastery English is an advantage on this role;
  • statistical and reporting requirements;
  • statistical analysis principles;
  • HSE terminology and definitions;
  • proficiency in all MS Office applications and other office software; packages, database applications
  • strong writing and presentation skills;
  • numerical ability.
