Education and work experience:

Higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality without any work experience requirements or secondary professional education in the relevant speciality and not less than 2 years of work experience by speciality.

Main functions:

  • Administrate provision of catering services at all KPO locations including meal and tea/coffee service to keep adequate level of KPO catering service;
  • Perform supporting activity in providing Canteen Manager System control, upgrading and improving of kitchen equipment inventory data base;
  • Carry out site visits at all locations, warehouses, and coffee-points, to ensure contractor’s performance comply with the scope (with the contract terms and conditions);
  • Prepare site visit reports indicating contractors’ compliance or non-compliance with safety, health and hygiene regulations, and contract terms;
  • Coordinate the activity of contractor’s stock inventory and its accordance (certificates, expiry date, and storage condition), timely update the status of products at the stock against contract terms;
  • Assist Catering Coordinator in developing and implementing of services continuous improvement plans;
  • Assist Catering Coordinator in preparation of reports, statistical reports (number of meals per definite timeframes, consumption of products per day/month) and verification of all Key Performance Indicators scorecards supporting documents and any other required data;
  • Support Catering Coordinator during the VIP visit arrangements, public events, special functions, theme nights;
  • Develop, maintain the upgrading purchase plan of kitchen equipment, to keep condition of equipment on proper level;
  • Participate in Food Safety Inspections carried out by KPO Occupational Health and Hygiene Section to ensure corrective actions reported and timely eliminated as per sanitarian standards and timely feedback to Occupational Health and Hygiene Section;
  • Track Canteen Manager System from time to time and report any violations, discrepancies are found;
  • Participate in safety inspections and to assist Catering Coordinator in eliminating the findings and timely take preventive actions to avoid any improvement notices;
  • Support function and events (layout organisation, decoration, music and sound system installation);
  • Additionally take all required additional actions within the competency of current Job Description;
  • Perform any other tasks related to the departmental activity upon management’s request.

  • Structure of venture, organisation, and its career development;
  • Order and dates of drawing up accounts;
  • Order of payment invoices for provided service;
  • Basic of labour organization, industry and management;
  • Basis of labour regulation;
  • Rules of internal discipline;
  • Rules and standards of environment safety;
  • Communications skills in English (written and verbal);
  • Customer orientation.
