Education and work experience:

Higher education (University degree or higher) in Information Technology sphere and not less than 4 years of work experience as Digitalization Advisor.

Main functions:

  • Identify, assess and implement the KPO Digital Transformation Program;
  • Identify, control and maintain interfaces with the main disciplines that concur to define and implement KPO Digital Transformation Program;
  • Ensure the new digitalization initiatives are aligned with Company and Parent Companies (PaCos) vision;
  • Provide support to the Business Integration Manager for the implementation of KPO Digital Transformation Program and new digital initiatives;
  • Within the digitalization program, ensure that the digital solutions are implemented, the roadmap followed, and continue to identify new transformations ensuring these are aligned with Company and partners strategy;
  • Identify and map new strategic initiatives and solutions within sustainability and energy efficiency scope;
  • Identify and liaise with interfaces that characterize new strategic initiatives. Control the interfaces and ensure consistency with the existing asset and among capital projects;
  • Provide support to Business Integration Manager framing out all the boundary constraints (other projects interactions, local legislation, FPSA conditions, RoK approvals);
  • Participate on a regular basis to alignment meetings with all the relevant peers and interfaces;
  • Provide support to Business Integration Manager for identifying and preparing the documentation required for each new strategic initiative or project phase, also interfacing with other units for the multidisciplinary efforts;
  • Align company departments’ activities with KPO Digital Transformation Program;
  • Provide support to Business Integration Manager for identifying the preliminary strategies able to deliver the initiative and achieve the planned objectives;
  • Follow the development progress of KPO Digital Transformation Program;
  • Update the Digital Program tracker in Aspentech InSight (SABISU) and on relevant excel file;
  • Contribute to the preparation and update of digital strategy and plan, e.g. KPO Digital Program Roadmap and Addenda;
  • Perform other instructions of management / line manager / direct management within its competence.
