Education and work experience:
Higher education IT&T (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 2 years of work experience as ERP System Support Specialist.
Main functions:
- To provide ongoing technical support of ERP software application.
- To ensure the quality, consistency and security of ERP software customizations.
- To support KPO user community to improve their level of knowledge and the usage practices of ERP software application.
Necessary knowledge and skills:
- excellent knowledge of PCs, Intel Servers, current MS Windows operating systems, current MS Office, networking;
- knowledge and experience of ERP System environment maintenance and enhancement development;
- excellent background as Application Specialist;
- knowledge of formal system analysis;
- knowledge of formal project management;
- knowledge and experience of relational databases including querying and reporting from them.
