Education and work experience:
Higher education (University degree or higher) in the HSE and ecological areas and not less than 4 years of work experience in the position of Asset Integrity Specialist.
Main functions:
- Providing support to Asset Integrity team as well as to Asset Integrity Performance Manager in his/her/their functions.
- Coordination, organization and holding of meetings, consultations, training related to Process Safety for engineering and technical personnel engaged in KPO operations, managing and performing risk analysis, updating the Process Safety Review (PSR) database, tracking the closure of corrective actions in the system and issuing relevant reports.
- Participation in the development and implementation of programs, procedures, guidelines and training aimed at ensuring the integrity of the assets and industrial safety.
- Provide support for the implementation of AI Department's work plans in order to fulfil functional responsibilities.
- Assist Asset Integrity Performance Manager in implementation of the action plan.
- Ensure the functioning and timely registration of risk assessments (HAZOP, HAZID, What if) in Synergy, Process Safety Review (PSR) systems. Manage and issue the relevant reports as well as tracking the closure process for corrective actions assigned during audits, inspections, HAZOP, HAZID, What if, lessons learnt from incidents and accidents that are aimed at enhancing the asset integrity.
- Prepare, organize and hold the meetings, present at KPO Units, within the department's work plan. Maintain and issue the minutes of these meetings.
- Ensure the development, implementation and execution of training programs aimed at increasing asset integrity, both for KPO personnel and Contractors.
- Participate in the Asset Integrity Optimization process through conducting the appropriate analysis, if necessary, in conjunction with AI Technical Support group. Assign corrective actions in accordance with the analysis performed and the identified nonconformities, monitor its implementation, as well as implement initiates required for enhancing asset integrity.
- Participate in audits related to Asset Integrity activities.
- Coordinate the development, implementation, rollout, and regular revision of procedures, guidelines, standards, instructions and other documents applicable to Asset Integrity Department.
- Introduce the Process Safety Fundamentals program at KPO Units, including preparation of guidelines, presentations, e-learning modules and roll out presentations.
- Take part in the investigation of Process Safety incidents, accidents. Provide assistance in conducting root cause analysis, prescribing corrective actions and monitoring the proper closure of the actions.
- Track the status of the examination of drips and leaks logged in WLSR the electronic database and issuing a relevant report.
- Process the data related to Process Safety incidents and accidents, namely loss of containment, produce analysis and relevant report.
- Provide assistance to other directorates on Asset Integrity issues.
- Perform other instructions of management / line manager / direct superior within its competence.
Necessary knowledge and skills:
- intermediate (B1) English level is an advantage on this role;
- RK Industrial Safety Regulations.
