Education and work experience:
Higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 2 years of work experience as HR Organization Specialist.
Main functions:
- Ensure timely review of the Job Descriptions for positions within the KPO structure;
- Participate in the review of proposals for change the organisational structure and preparation of document package for approval of such changes;
- Review draft job descriptions to verify conformity between the English and Russian versions, check whether the information provided relates to the functions within the competence of this job position;
- Control compliance of title, qualification requirements and work experience to the Reference Book for Manager, Specialist and other Employee Positions, Jobs Classifier and Uniform Wage Rates and Qualification Requirements Handbook. Provide a unified approach to the job titles and qualification requirements and experience in accordance with the hierarchy of positions in the structure of enterprise;
- Assign the job code in accordance with the RoK Jobs Classifier;
- Provide archiving for the original job descriptions and organizational structure and electronic copies;
- Keep statistical reports on JDs availability;
- Control to ensure correct names of professions and positions, advise managers for the assignment title;
- Prepare draft organisational structures using OrgPlus programme on the basis of the review of job titles, supporting lines done jointly with the HR Coordinator;
- Timely download the scanned versions of the JDs into Information Management System;
- Control correctness of JDs download into Information Management System in accordance with the title of the position;
- Perform other duties as per request of the superior within the competence of the position.
Necessary knowledge and skills:
- Pre-intermediate (A2) English level is an advantage on this role;

- Order for development and approval of Job Descriptions;
- Standards of unified documents regarding personnel management;
- Order of setting the salary ranges, allowances and co-efficient to salary, order for setting tariffs/salaries all groups of employees;
