Technical Standards Specialist

Education and work experience:

Higher education IT&T (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 2 years of work experience as Technical Standards Specialist.

Main functions:

• Management and organisation of departmental work according to technical standards to achieve the goals set by IT&T Department.
• Controlling of IT&T document management and document compliance with the standards.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• normative and methodical materials on entities of automated control system of the enterprise;
• outlooks of progressing enterprise;
• technology of production;
• the organization of planning and operating control by production;
• patterns of the enterprise, manufacturing and function connections between departments;
• tasks and content of business systems;
• the order of development business systems projects and its subsystems
• technical characteristics, design features, destination and service regulations of computer facilities and communications;
• the order of tasks and their implementation;
• bases engineering of information processing and programming;
• the formal programming languages;
• acting system of calculations, ciphers and codes;
• standards of unitize of organizational and administrative documentations
• the order of development and registration engineering documentation;
• elementary of economics, management of production, labour and administration;
• bases of the labour legislation, rules and rooms of labour safety;
• ability to conceive and design the Company's Technical Standard and solutions, according to the business needs, the evolution of the company's organization and to the IT&T the best practices;
• ITIL development methodology for processes description, standards definition and procedures documenting;
• ability to perform feasibility studies and Implementation of internal projects;
• experience in a sophisticated technological and organizational environment;
• strong MS products knowledge (MS Windows/2000 Server/2003 Server as well as MS Client Office suite;
• knowledge of TCP/IP Network architectures.
