Education and work experience:

Higher education in human resources or economics sphere without any work experience requirements or secondary professional education in the relevant speciality and not less than 2 years of work experience as per speciality.


Main functions:

  • Registration of personnel. Issuing of standard reports;
  • Adding the relevant changes into the database. Registration of HR documents;
  • Process Employment Agreements;
  • Cooperate with departments/sections of HR Controllership and act as an intermediary between the HR Controllership and other KPO departments;
  • Draw up Employment Agreements, to familiarize with employees and prepare for signature;
  • Register employment agreements with the unified e-employment agreements recording system;
  • Enter data on employees’ working career into the unified e-employment agreements recording system and Employment, transference and dismissal of employees in compliance with Labour Legislation in proper time;
  • Fill in, store the employees’ work – books and issuing upon employees’ request;
  • Keep record of personnel including with the use of electronic document management and provide required reports;
  • Control expiration of Employment Agreements of personnel, notify HR Business Partnering and Administration Coordinators of proper directorates and controllerships on expiry dates of employment agreements. Prepare documents upon expiry dates of employment agreements;
  • Timely signing of the job description when hiring, transferring and updating job descriptions, providing information on job grades to the managers in cases of assessment/reassessment and changes;
  • Input information on quantitative and qualitative number of personnel and their movement into the KPO personnel databank (SAP program), keep on timely updating of information;
  • Prepare information for employees on available vacancies in case of transfer to light labour;
  • Work with inquiries of Line Managers; to provide analysis, advice and timely answers, working together with other sectors of HR Controllership if necessary;
  • Execute miscellaneous job-related duties in personnel administration (issue reference upon request, preparation and issue information by HR Specialists demand of proper Directorates and Controllerships);
  • Provide a weekly report that includes information on recruitment and dismissal of local personnel, mobilization and demobilization of foreign personnel, transfer to another position, changing the recruitment agency, changes in job titles, cost codes, schedule and place of work of employees;
  • Interact with the heads of departments on the issues of new employees, carrying out respective briefings for them on working conditions, pay levels, job description and other necessary documentation;
  • Conduct induction training for newly hired employees of KPO, introducing the Code of Conduct, the basic provisions of the KPO policy on personnel, conflict of interests’ policy, policy on compliance with the code of conduct, provision on personal data of KPO employees, labour regulations of KPO and information on KPO.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

  • Upper-intermediate (B2) English level is an advantage on this role;
  • Basis of labour legislation;
  • Legal and other standard acts of the RoK, systematically publications regarding personnel administration;
  • Structure and staff of the venture;
  • Bases of office work;
  • Office equipment, software;
  • Procedure of work in company personnel databank (“Scala” program);
  • Rules and standard of labour protection and safety requirements;
  • PC skills.
