INTEGRITY SUPPORT ENGINEER

Education and work experience:

Higher education (University degree or higher) in mechanical area and preferable work experience not less than 2 years as Integrity Support Engineer.

Main functions:

• Implement asset integrity function in KPO for all operation equipment in the Field, which is on balance of company and at nominated Plant Units in order to ensure its integrity as the part of main assets;
• Coordinate the development of advanced asset integrity, reliability methods and processes and established engineering specifications during operation;
• Put forward proposals during the development of programs and processes to ensure compliance with RoK legislative requirements, based on international standards and advanced production management methods;
• Implement asset integrity function in KPO b.v. for all operation equipment in the Field, which is on company’s balance and at nominated Plant Units in order to ensure its integrity as the part of such main assets. Hydrocarbon Pressure Vessels; Utilities Pressure Vessels; Pipelines; On Plot Pipework; Tanks; Heat Exchangers; Inventory Management Systems;PSV’s;
• Participate in the development and implement equipment inspection programs and schedules;
• Assist in the internal audits and inspections;
• Assist in the development of programs and schedules related to corrosion monitoring, pipelines and vessels condition monitoring;
• Acting as super user of ACET software. Providing basic training and coaching to PIA and wider Production & Maintenance staff on use of ACET system;
• Input of pressure equipment inspection results into ACET;
• Input of next inspection date manual overrides when directed by PIA Engineers;
• Managing flow of inspection workpacks between PIA Engineers and NDT section;
• Preparation and updating of composite Inspection Drawings;
• Preparing and compiling inspection work packages and ensure that all inspection requirement are in compliance with KPO RBI methodology requirement.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Mastery English is an advantage on this role.
