Education and work experience:
Higher education (University degree or higher) in business and management and not less than 2 years of work experience as HR Specialist.
Main functions:
- Process timesheets of the field personnel, personnel based in Aksai, Bolshoi Chagan, Atyrau;
- Work with documents issued by KPO departments:
- all kinds of vacations;
- Sick-Certificates;
- Orders (schedule changes, transfer to another position, department etc.);
- Memos (working during weekends, overtime, schedule shift etc.);
- Time sheets for hours worked using BA sets (breathing apparatus) etc.
- Lists of employees who have done medical examination etc;
- Methodical help to the field employees regarding administration matters within respective job duties;
- Control, process, check the bases documents for time sheets within a month (time sheets issued by field personnel responsible for it, Sick-Certificates, lists of Gas Hazard Works, references etc.);
- Process time sheets correctly in compliance with established requirements;
- Enter all data related to time sheet into SAP correctly and in due time within the established timeframe, submit timesheet into SAP for approval / review;
- Participate in the discussion of new changes / introductions to SAP re time sheets. Take part in drawing up of vacations schedule for the Unit personnel;
- Test new changes within SAP test system within respective job duties;
- Control the accuracy of filling in vacations by the employees;
- Conduct monthly review of overtime hours and report any deviations / exceedances to the coordinator to whom he/she reports;
- Provide answers to the queries from Field Department Managers in working with personnel;
- Give clarifications and consultations within her/his job performance;
- Execute routine work (explanations, references, information upon request, etc.);
- Prepare documents for archiving upon expiry;
- Provide assistance to the departments regarding SAP (re time sheets to timekeepers);
- Participate in preparing changing, implementing work schedules for field-based employees;
- Control the accuracy of the memo compilation for actual training hour’s payment etc. and make input into the timesheet into SAP.
Necessary knowledge and skills:
- Higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 2 years of work experience as Personnel Administration Specialist;
- Legislative and other statutory acts regulating HR operations;
- Labour law;
- Basic knowledge of company development perspectives, company structure and staff;
- Advanced home and foreign experience in HR management;
- Normative and methodical documentation;
- Code of conduct;
- PC skills.
