Education and work experience:
higher education (University degree or higher) in in HSE sphere and not less than 2 years of work experience as Contractors Support HSE Specialist.
Main functions:
- Assist in the evaluation and registration of Contractor HSE evaluations at the prequalification and tender stages;
- In process of preparation evaluation of contractor activity contact Contract Owners and units’ HSE Departments;
- Participate in Contractor HSE audits and compliance audits at production facilities and assist in the close out of corrective actions arising;
- Ensure implementation of requirements of contractors HSE indicators management strategy;
- Liaise with Contracts and Procurement Department and Business Services Department (Contracts Section) during tender evaluation processes;
- Keep records and maintain electronic database of tender evaluation scores; keep records of feedback from Contract Owners and user groups and HSE performance feedback related to contractors performance;
- Assist Contract Owners and contractors of Operations Directorate in:
- - drawing up of HSE plans;
- - fulfilment of the requirements of Schedule D to the contract;
- - preparation of feedback on the contractors activities;
- - preparation of corrective actions after contractors audits;
- - timely implementation of corrective actions based on the results of HSE audits/inspections.
- Assist in preparation of improvement plans for contractors so that they fully comply with the requirements of Schedule “D” to the contract;
- Track HSE statistical data and analyze the activities of Operations Directorate contractors;
- Prepare monthly/annual reports on the activities of Operations HSE Department;
- Assist employees of the HSE department in working with the Synergy database, track and timely inform the responsible persons about the deadlines for closing corrective actions in the database;
- Participate in the initiatives of Field Safety Department (development of booklets, guidelines, HSE procedures);
- Assist in organizing and holding regular HSE meetings/forums/presentations with representatives of Operations Directorate contractors;
- Manage the process of obtaining by Operations Directorate contractors of data on the conducted HSE inspections and revealed findings, control that contractors submit the plan of the identified findings elimination.
- Participate in HSE audits and inspections in accordance with the annual plan;
- Provide support in development, implementation and maintenance of the appropriate database for tracking findings, as well as data for their elimination and closure;
- Develops and implements a “Communication Plan” for effective announcement of appropriate personnel about found violations, results of trends analysis, ‘lessons learned’ and other information.
Necessary knowledge and skills:
- Intermediate (B1) English level is an advantage on this role;
- RoK Industrial and Labour Safety Regulations;
- KPO Tender Evaluation Procedure;
- KPO production operations;
- Practical knowledge of contractor management.
- Statistical data handling and analysis;
- Basic computer programs skills;
