Education and work experience:
Higher education (University degree or higher) in Accounting and Audit or Business and Management and not less than 2 years of work experience as Statistical Reporting Accountant.
Main functions:
- To prepare of financial statistical reports support and single reports as per established forms and within the timeframe established by authorities and as required by Final Production Sharing Agreement (FPSA) and the laws of RoK;
- Prepare all financial statistical reports as required by FPSA and the laws of RoK;
- Prepare reports for the National Bank of RoK;
- Prepare reports on electronically monitoring for the RoK Ministry of Finance Tax Committee;
- Ensure all financial statistical reports are fully supported by FPSA Billing package and other KPO reports;
- Coordinate statistical reporting process of other departments;
- Replies to queries related to statistical reports from RoK Authorities, Audit inspections, Local executive committees;
- Participate in the meetings and seminars, including guest meetings, periodically organized by the Ministry of Oil and Gas, the RoK Ministry of Finance Tax Committee regarding any amendments in the report preparation order;
- Monitor and ensure the proper implementation of any changes in the reporting procedure;
- Perform other instructions of management / line manager / direct superior within its competence.
Necessary knowledge and skills:
- Intermediate (B1) English level is an advantage on this role;
- Intermediate (B1) Kazakh level is an advantage on this role;
- RoK statistical reporting requirements;
- Forms and methods of accounting in the company; plan and correspondence invoices;
- Administration of documents flows at the designated accounting areas;
- Procedure of documents processing and reflecting transactions related to fixed assets flow, material and cash items in the accounts;
- Excellent PC skills;
- SAP system;
- Good analytical skills.
